Boschrivier Farm Produce offers a range of the freshest, sustainably farmed produce directly to the public. Our farm is Animal Welfare Approved by A Greener World Organisation.

We process our own pigs on the farm. We supply fresh cuts as well as a range of artisinal charcuterie products directly from the farm, as well as from a few selected outlets in Plettenberg Bay, including the Deli Factory, Barringtons, Thyme and Again and at the Harkerville Market every Saturday.

Our fresh cuts are all gluten, preservative and additive free. Charcuterie products are made by hand in the traditional way. We cure our products in a traditional curing room with natural humidity and air circulation for a truly artisinal product. Please contact us for comprehensive list of all our products and pricing.

Richard Bosman Charcuterie Course

We host The Richard Bosman Charcuterie Course several times per year. This 2-day course covers the basics of making Charcuterie and includes: breaking down a pig, how to make prosciutto, coppa, bacon, pancetta and guanciale. During the course we also make sausages, salami and chorizo.

This is a hands-on course and at the end you will take home your own bacon, sausages and chorizos. No prior experience is required and we will provide all the equipment and ingredients for the course. The course includes lunch on both days.
